Thomas married Frances Finch, daughter of Sir Heneage Finch 3rd Earl of Winchilsea and Lady Mary Seymour, before 1673. (Frances Finch was born in 1662 in Eastwell, Kent, died on 17 Apr 1712 and was buried on 3 May 1712 in Longbridge, Deverill, Wiltshire, England.)
